I nostri consigli

Physical activity is essential in the growth phase: it not only improves the child's well-being and psychophysical balance, but also conditions his socialization ability. This was stated by the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health, which through the "OKkio alla Salute" program observed how children who perform regular physical activity (outdoor games, gymnastics, group or individual sports ) demonstrate more confidence in their ability, greater endurance of stress and ability to forge social relationships; and which are also more sheltered from disorders such as obesity, sedentary lifestyle, anxiety and depression. A correct dose of physical activity would in fact favor the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and metabolic development, as well as better coordination and control of movements, promoting the maintenance of the ideal weight. WHO therefore recommends that children engage in at least 60 minutes of physical activity per day, both intense and moderate.
